Our thoughts are so powerful to creating the lives we want. Change the way you think and your world changes. This CD based on the principles of "The Secret" also known as the Law Of Attraction is quite effective.My favorite though is Living the Secret Everyday:My Secret Meditation because it guides you into creating not only wealth but any desire you have. Buy both CDs...you'll enjoy both.

I listened to this cd every other night for 2 weeks; the other nights I listened to Kelly Howell's Universal Mind Meditation II. Everything was fine for those 2 weeks. The Cd's were very relaxing and even helped put me to sleep. On the following Mionday morning, things went to hell. For over 2 weeks now, I have had an ever-present dull headache with frequent intermittent crushing pains, mostly in the back of my head. Plus I have often felt at times that I am out-of-body and have even had to leave work. I know this is from these cd's; there is nothing else it could be. I am very healthy, 33 years old, and no history of anything like this. Plus the morning I first awoke with the symptoms, I felt like I was still stuck in the meditative state, like I was stuck between being awake and dreaming. I contacted the brain sync company multiple times, and after about 10 days they finally got back to me and said it wasn't their cd's and that I should seek medical attention. Everything checked out fine with my physician, but my ongoing research on the negative effects associated with meditation has only solidifed my belief that these brain-wave entrainment cd's are highly dangerous. If you want to research for yourself, run a search on the following: meditation, hypersynchrony, intercranial pressure, harmful effects of meditation, etc. I look back and wonder why I was so dumb to trust anything that would alter my brainwaves. Let this be a warning to everyone.

This cd is really good. However, I am a bit perplexed as to why Ms Howell never has anywhere in writing the
transcript of her cd's. People would like to know what is in their brain-entrainment cd's you know:) She should
print the transcripts in her CD jackets, or on her website. I think she'd sell more of her products, that way:)
I have taken the liberty of transcribing most of what she says on Track 2:
You can lavish in abundance, right now. Just imagine it!
The more relaxed you become, the powerful your experience will be.
You can create prosperity in an easy and relaxed manner.
(then she instructs the various muscles and body parts to relax)
Abundance is a state of relaxation; deep, delicious relaxation.
You can relax, let go. Relax in the golden light of adundance.
New channels of prosperity are constantly trying to open to you.
Your supply can come to you through expected channels, as it should.
But it can also come to you through unexpected channels, in countless, unexpected ways.
Open to it.
Open to it, now.
She then counts down from 10 to one, giving you relaxing instructions with each count.
Then she states you are now in level of deep mind.
She says:
At this level, you become what you think you are.
Then she describes overcoming three barriers and explains how to overcome them.
She explains that overcoming these obstacles/barriers, then you will be better
able to bring prosperity and abundance in your life.
First obstacle: Scarcity. She gives statements/affirmations overcoming this barrier:
'There's more than enough prosperity for everyone'
'You allow thoughts of prosperity thoughts to flow into your consciousness'
'Each day brings a constant demonstration of the wonder and power of the Universe and Yourself'
'You are gifted'
'You are richly rewarded'
'You give generously of yourself'
Second obstacle: Unworthiness.
'You have special talents, skills to share with others'
'You honor, respect and appreciate yourself'
'You know your ultimate success is on the other side of this barrier'
'You are magnificant and your potential to acheive is unlimted'
'From this moment on, you love and honor yourself. You think and act successfuly'
'You make the most of your gifts and talents'
'You are able to handle large sums of money, responsibly'
Third obstacle: Self-Doubt.
'You think and act, condifently'
'Take a deep breath and release all the self-doubt and insecurity'
'You are confident'
'the Path ahead is clear'
'Success is inevitable'
'Prosperity will be delivered to you in the speediest way, possible'
'Bask in your accomplishment'
She then guides you to the top of a mountain and too look at all the magical sights around
you and to create and dream from this high, magical, wonderous, place in your mind.
She then guides you to create an image of yourself enjoying something you desire and to
see and feel yourself enjoying this desire.
Transform everything you have created into a radiant, jewel. Everything you've envisioned
is inside this, luminous, magnificant, gem. Look lovingly at the beauty, you have created.
Feel the desire and love.
Then let it go, let it fall to the earth like a comet.

I have other meditation cds from Kelly Howell which I really enjoy, and maybe its because some of the others are subliminal meditation, but I think my mind is programmed to fall asleep when Ms. Howell speaks. I might be rich if I didn't fall asleep every time I listened to it.

Yes, I agree that positive attracts positive. I also remember listening to the CD and realizing it was helping me to remove obstacles. HOWEVER, the title of this CD is 'attract wealth'. I've read and reread all the other reviews, and although everyone is happy and rejuvenated, etc., not one person, including myself, can honestly say they became wealthy after listening to this, and I believe that was the reason for buying it, right?
