Though I didn't live in Eva Cassidy's era, how her music reaches my soul. Simply and beautifully sung with utterly memorable and delicate orchestrations. "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" - a song that's become something of a cliche - ironically took on a whole new, fresh meaning for me the way she sings it. Great CD to play anytime!

Without a doubt, she has one of the most beautiful voices that I have ever heard. A gifted singer that was taken from us too soon,yet today she touches millions including myself.The first time I ever heard Eva sing "Songbird",I teared up.It was that good. This collection is worth ten fold what it costs.
