I love Steven Halpern's CD's I have a ongoing collection. This music is very soothing, plus very healing. When I am in pain, stress out,upset,or other minor ailment. Sound Healing does the trick. This is one that will help you to sleep too.

Very calm and relaxing music for Meditation, Reflection, Massage, or Reiki! Whenever I use this CD for my Reiki Clients it is always a big hit and they ask where they can buy a copy of it at! Worth the money!
